Our recruiting team usually contacts qualified applicants within two business days to schedule an initial interview.
What's the interview process like at Watermark?
Candidates first speak with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview with a subject matter expert if required. Final interviews are conducted by Watermark’s Vice President or President.
What's the hiring process at Watermark?
Upon a positive decision, candidates receive a contingent offer letter. Once contingencies are met and a start date is set, the onboarding process begins.
What does being a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) mean?
Watermark is a SDVOSB, meaning it's majority-owned, controlled, and managed by service-disabled veterans with service-connected disabilities.
Does Watermark provide salary increases and bonuses?
We offer annual salary increases, discretionary profit-sharing bonuses, and "spot" bonuses for exceptional performance. Employees also receive bonuses for successful candidate referrals.
